The perspectives.festival thrives on people who share their knowledge, their experience, and their questions. Do you have an idea for a talk or keynote on New Work, technology, or education? Then we'd love to hear your proposal.
Before you send it, please read this section. It matters to us:
Your contribution is your donation
We do not pay speaker fees, honoraria, travel costs, or accommodation.
The reason: we donate 100% of ticket proceeds to public-benefit projects. Every euro we don't spend on fees goes straight to those projects. In 2025 that was €4,705, in 2026 another €3,750.
By waiving a fee, you donate your time and expertise. You enrich the program for everyone attending and make sure the proceeds go entirely to where they are needed. Your contribution does good twice over.
What's in it for you
- Visibility: Your session is part of the program, you get your own speaker profile on our website, and we introduce you in our festival communications.
- Free entry and full catering: You don't need a ticket and can join for the whole day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, and drinks from our catering are included, of course.
- An engaged audience: Around 130–150 professionals, decision-makers, and curious minds who want to think and discuss along with you.
- Real encounters: Instead of a lecture-style conference, we focus on exchange at eye level. You're not just on stage, you're part of it.
- A good feeling: Your contribution directly helps the projects we support with ticket proceeds.
How to submit your proposal
Send an email to marketing@oose.de with:
- the title of your session
- the format (talk or keynote) and preferred length
- a short description (one paragraph is enough)
- a few sentences about yourself
